Charikleia Kaffe

BHI Research Director

Charikleia is a Research Director working closely with BHI’s Geopolitics Lab and Human Futures Lab, based in BCG’s Athens office.

Prior to her current role, Chara was a Project Leader focusing on strategy and people & organizational topics across financial institutions, energy players and the public sector. Chara is also an Alum Ambassador at BHI’s Strategy Lab (2023-2024), where she worked closely with Martin Reeves on the book ‘Like: The Button that Changed the World’ and the wider Strategy Lab team on topics such as innovation, future of work, social learning & AI, and discount rates.

Prior to BCG, Charikleia worked in research and teaching at the University of Cambridge, where she also earned her PhD in Finance.

Outside of work, she plays the piano, sings in a choir and dances ballet, and is interested in photography and video games.
