Eden is a Senior Director at the BCG Henderson Institute, BCG’s think tank dedicated to exploring and developing new ideas for business and beyond. He leads research on climate change and the energy transition, working with cutting-edge thinkers across industry, academia, non-profit, and government.

Since joining BCG a decade ago, Eden has worked with many major companies on sustainability strategy, supported preparations for UNFCCC COPs, and partnered with NGOs to shape the agenda on pressing environmental topics.

Prior to BCG, Eden holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford, publishing 15 papers in peer-reviewed journals, and formerly ran the Oxford Climate Forum. Outside of work, Eden has two young children, and whenever possible, pursues his lifelong passion for ornithology.
