Janmejaya Sinha

Alum Fellow (2018-2021), Family Businesses

Janmejaya Sinha is a Managing Director & Senior Partner based in BCG’s Mumbai office and a board member of BHI’s Innovation Sounding Board, a group of senior BCG leaders dedicated to supporting, inspiring, and guiding upstream innovation at BCG. Janme was also named a BHI Fellow in 2018, focused on family business.

His research draws upon decades of working with family businesses and advising how to manage them, which has its own set of unique challenges and opportunities.

Janme is an author of Untangling Conflict: An Introspective Guide for Families in Business published by Penguin Random House, Your Strategy Needs a Strategy published by Harvard Business Review Press, and Own the Future published by Wiley.

He is a frequent speaker on these topics speaking at events such as TED in addition to C-suite events of Fortune 500 clients. His work has been published in leading publications including The World Economic Forum, The Hindustan Times and The Economic Times, among others.
