Rami Rafih

Regional Leader, EMESA

Rami Rafih is the Regional Leader for Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa (EMESA), based in in BCG’s Middle East system. He leads Boston Consulting Group’s Global Advantage practice for EMESA. He is a core member of BCG’s Center for Geopolitics, where he advises multinational corporations and advances the firm’s thinking on geopolitics, trade, investment, and economic competitiveness. Previously, Rami led the Global Advantage practice in the Middle East, as well as the firm’s Economic Advantage of Nations team globally.

In addition, as a core member of BCG’s Public Sector, Rami has worked with multinationals, sovereign wealth funds, and government ministries across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia, covering several economic sectors and topics such as investment and talent attraction, supply chain reconfiguration, housing, and city/cluster development.

Rami is also a board member of several associations and NGOs. Outside of work, Rami loves sailing, skiing, architecture and comic strips.
