Dave Young is the Global Leader of the BHI Center for Climate & Sustainability. Based in BCG’s Boston office, Dave is Managing Director & Senior Partner. Dave was named a BHI Fellow in 2019, with a focus on Sustainable Business Model Innovation.

BHI Center for Climate & Sustainability explores the needed pivots, scaling, speed, limits, and breakthrough in climate and sustainability within a systems perspective for large-scale systems change and adoption.

In 2022, Dave was named the #1 Sustainability Leader in Consulting by The Consulting Report. He is a frequent speaker, at events such as the UN Global Compact’s Leaders Summit and the World Humanitarian Forum, in addition to C-suite events of Fortune 500 clients. His work has been published in leading publications, including Harvard Business Review and the World Economic Forum.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys astronomy and travel.
