Before joining BCG, Dila studied Economics and Statistics at the University of Chicago, where her interest in behavioral economics first took root. Immersed in the university’s rigorous academic environment, she became fascinated by the psychological factors that drive decision-making and shape economic behavior.

Beyond work, she finds joy in traveling, hiking, and cooking—activities that fuel her curiosity and creativity. She is also deeply engaged in politics and education and volunteers for a nonprofit in Turkey that teaches coding to underprivileged youth.”
