Gabrielle Novacek

Alum Fellow (2020-2023), Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

Gabrielle (Gabi) Novacek is a Fellow based in BCG’s Chicago office and a Managing Director & Partner. Gabi was named a Fellow in 2020 and has focused her research on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Her research explores how organizations and leaders can create a step-change in DEI outcomes by understanding the latent emotional and functional needs of employees. Leveraging a proprietary methodology that reveals true drivers of employee needs and the relationship between satisfying needs and outcomes, the research has powerful implications for employers looking to accelerate their DEI initiatives and deliver differentiated employee value propositions more broadly.

Gabi is a frequent speaker on these topics and has spoken at places such as Bloomberg and the UN, in addition to C-suite events of Fortune 500 clients. Her work has also been published in leading publications including Forbes and The Atlantic.

Outside of work, Gabi is an avid skier, backpacker, and cyclist. She is also a passionate, yet still very much aspiring, musician.
