Sophie is an Ambassador working on Corporate Vitality and BHI’s 2030 People Vision, based in BCG’s Copenhagen office. Her research is focused on factors influencing long-term growth (vitality).

Prior to BCG, Sophie worked as an actuarial analyst in insurance, primarily modeling profitability of indexed life & annuity products, before completing her masters in literature at the University of Oxford. Working on corporate vitality, with its holistic view on sustaining long-term growth, allows her to integrate her interest in modeling with her love of distilling the big picture from ambiguity as practiced in the humanities.

Sophie is also passionate about making BHI even better for the next generation of ambassadors through her work on BHI’s 2030 vision. Outside of BCG, Sophie enjoys reading, playing music, and baking.
